Join Brunswick’s very own Nelson Burgos as he shares with you recipes and culinary traditions of his county of birth, Chile. In this class you will start with a Latin American favourite, Ceviche. He will disclose the secrets of his famous empanadas, and demonstrate how to cook Pastel De Maiz, sweet corn pie . Finally, for dessert we will indulge in al fajors, a dulce de leche - the famous Latin-American caramel shortbread.
