Join Brunswick’s very own Nelson Burgos, chef and owner of beloved Bar Andino, as he shares with you recipes and culinary traditions of his county of birth, Chile. In this class you will start with a Latin American favourite, Ceviche. He will disclose the secrets of his famous empanadas, and demonstrate how to cook a cazueta, a hearty dish of braised winter vegetables. Finally, for dessert we will indulge in al fajors, a dulce de leche - the famous Latin-American caramel shortbread.
