Learn to create the perfect, fluffy gnocchi from scratch! In this hands-on workshop, Pia will take you through how to make gnocchi and create a menu which will include  Gnocchi Sorrentina-baked gnocchi in a tomato and basil sugo, topped with melting mozzarella and gnocchi pocketed with Italian cheese in a sage butter sauce.

This class will finish with coffee and Pia’s famous chocolate almond crackle biscuits.
