You have seen the cookbook and certainly tasted the delicious salads at VGF, now Louisa is going to share her trade secrets of how to recreate these delicious dishes at home.

In this class you will learn how to make smoked eggplants with focaccia and mint,  stuffed silverbeet leaves in tomato cinnamon sauce, new season artichokes, broad beans and, peas with harissa and cumin and to finish blood orange, green chilli and black olives.
