Join Zaneta Mok as she draws inspiration from her Singaporean Grandmother and takes you through some delicious snacks or Kueh.
Kueh is a popular snack or sweet treat enjoyed throughout South East Asia.
In this class ,Zaneta will guide you through the making of Ang Ku Kueh. An auspice sticky rice cake with a sweet filling often referred to as red tortoise cake and served at birthdays and to celebrate newborn babies.
Kueh Ubi Kayu, a traditional Nonya and Malaya coconut and cassava cake.
Kueh Pisang, a coconut jelly with bananas.
Snacks will be packaged for you to take home and share with your family.
