Japanese cuisine is so much more than sushi and sashimi, and includes a great number of winter warmers perfect for the colder months in Melbourne. Join Executive Chef at Yakimono restaurant, Daniel Wilson, to discover the ingredients and flavours from the culinary traditions of Japan winter food. The menu covers Karaage, yuzu mayo, Nasu Dengaku: Spicy miso and pork glazed eggplant, Oyakodon: dashi simmered chicken, onion & egg over Japanese rice and miso salmon, sweet potato & ginger purée  All dishes will be paired with Sake selected by Daniel Wilson.
