Nothing says summer more that a juicy tomato and Louisa will fill them with an aromatic mixture of saffron, mint and bulgur.

In this class you will also learn how to make a smoky pepperonata, a Calabrian dish of capsicums, onions and tomatoes. And to finish and a  cucumber, dates and pistachio salad and new season peaches with basil and hazelnuts
